Introduction: Helping students shine when they speak and write is what I do. I inspire confidence because I can identify a student's weak point and make it a strong point. Being bilingual, I help Spanish speakers over the many bumps in the English-learning road. As a journalist and teacher, I make it easier for English speakers to become more fluent and better writers. It's so wonderful to spend time with motivated students. It's worth my while to invest in people who love to learn. It's wonderful to edit a document to the author's satisfaction.
