Introduction: We are from: Casey’s Castle Care Services available are: * Evaluations: Pictures of entire property inside and out, accompanied by a detailed written report per room of any cleaning and repairs needed, approximately 2-4 Hours $ 150.00. * Clean outs: Remove any furniture and garbage left in property, vacuum all rooms, additional services as needed from rug shampooing etc., from $350.00 and up. (Includes Dump fees or Dumpster. ) * Lock Outs: Meet Sheriff at property, take possession and change locks. $150.00 PLUS Cost of Locks. * Locks Changed: $100.00 Plus cost of locks. * Painting and Texturing: Bids available on request. * Power Washing : Available for house and/or front yard and driveway. $100 to $300. (size) * Property Management Services: Bill Paying, Notary Services, Turning on/off of Utilities and Scheduling Appointments, Meeting Service providers. Collection and Bookeeping. Screening of perspective tenants. Quarterly reports and pictures. * Yard Maintenance: Mowed as needed, weeded. And watered. Papers picked up from property. Watered at least 3 times a week on monthly contracts. 1 time $100.00 Front and Back. (Major Cleanup) Monthly Contract $100,00. After initial Major Cleanup if needed . Updated Pics Quarterly. Included. Helps to keep vandals and squatters from entering properties. (Discovery bay properties have water as part of there taxes. Therefore there is no additional bill for water charges) * Experience: Licensed Real Estate Agent/Notary. I have been a licensed agent for 17 years . Responsible for full scale Property Management.
