Update from this post: i wrote the review below about 1.5 months after first meeting with Andrea. I wanted to add an update because I feel Andrea has gone above and beyond what is normally expected from "a Lawyer". Everyone who goes through the process has a long road ahead of them and Andrea is such and incredible human. throughout the last 17 month Andreas as been very supportive of both myself and my husband. She helped us through our moments of despair and provided us with the encouragement we needed. We have about two more months of waiting until we here about our case and I do not know if we would have made it this far without her help. I will be forever grateful.

My partner and I decided we wanted to get married and I called Andrea on a Saturday and we scheduled to get Married on Monday. I had already paid a lawyer for a consultation in which the lawyer was like a used car salesmen. I should have know better. Andrea was a like a breath of fresh air and she took the time to give us all the options available for us. Had it not been for Andrea we might have headed down the wrong path she made the process seamless. Everything was well organized in a way that made sense. I do not think you could find a better, more honorable lawyer than her. Her prices are straight forward and they are probably the most affordable in the Bay Area. She was always available and very approachable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with my pricing. I offer a fixed rate for certain applications or I can bill an hourly rate. I offer installment payments when needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially speak with a client on the phone to establish a relationship. Our initial conversation is designed to discuss the clients Immigration matter in greater detail. Many times I am able to provide a client with helpful information after our first discussion.
I work hard to understand what the client's Immigration status is and to provide as many viable options to help them reach their goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987. I am a admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of CA, United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Pennsylvania Bar, The American Bar Association and the San Francisco Bar Association.
