- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We count each window pane by small, medium or large. Downstairs or upstairs. We inspect the windows for paint and dirt and measure the size of your sliding patio doors. With Screen-repair we offer you choices of screen type and color knowing the cost in advance. If we find your gutters do not need much cleaning than we lower the quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-over the phone we will talk you through the counting of windows and give a quote. -when we arrive we always walk-the-wall with you to be sure all windows are counted or may not need to be done after all. -we will walk you through the house when we are done so that you are satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
