- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers usually make contact by contacting Brandy in our office. Often Brandy gets the information necessary for the estimate through a text or telephone call. If additional information is required Brandy schedules a site visit so we can look at the project and get the information necessary for an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrical contractor with a C10 license from the California State license Board. I have 23 years experience as an electrician.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing electrical work electrical contractor shortly after high school in 1997. This Contractor was a friend of my father-in-law’s and I was fortunate to learn from him. He was very skilled and came from a family of electricians. He did a wide variety of work allowing me to gain experience in many different areas in the electrical field. At this time I also went through the electrical apprentice program, 4 years of nightly classes and became a certified journeyman electrician. I went on to get my own license and begin my own company in 2007.
