- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $45 per hour regardless of the work being done. I can charge by the job and the is normally determined by an estimate of how long it will take more than what work is being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a customer I we will set up a time to meet and discuss the job. Typically I will be ready to begin the job at that time if the customer hires me and they want the job done soon. If it is a larger job we determine when the job needs to be completed and when I can come do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I retired from the US Navy and spent most of that time as an Electrician's Mate and I also took courses in electricity and electronics. So I am very familiar with electricity.
