Brain remediated water leak in our basement. He took care of end to end, including buying the stuffs from home depot, remove old sheetrock & installations, fixed new leak proof sheetrock, cleaned the area and removed the debris. Very pleased to work with and will hire him again.

I hired him for $800 for the job which is for only labor. He was supposed to buy all materials and give me all the receipts. Instead he made me pay him upfront for the materials purchase and promised to give receipts of purchase. He took almost as much as labor job for the materials and not submitting receipts.
