- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We thrive on continual learning and are constantly seeking new avenues to learn the most current and innovative ideas and trends. Then we are able to filter the information and provide our clients with the best options, reducing their expenses and trial and error.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for a global recruiting firm for over ten years, and providing excellent service and consulting to multi-national organizations, training and developing thousands of internal employees, I saw the opportunity to take what I loved from my career and bring that to the underserved level--the small, upstarts and mid-sized organizations. Building those relationships, working through challenges, and helping my clients succeed is my number one priority.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Because of the nature of our business, this can run the gamut a little. From developing customized training programs, to training business owners and hiring managers on interviewing, designing social media campaigns/candidate attraction campaigns, or streamlining business processes, all are vital. There is not much we can't take on, from re/designing websites to consulting on staff augmentation, we understand businesses, regardless or industry, and we thrive on challenges.
