This office helped me with my family's living trust. The process was quick, and excellently prepared. Harneet paid attention to detail, as did her staff. Adam her assistant walked me through the entire questionnaire and we had my estate plan done in 2 days. Not only was it fast, but after talking to several attorneys in the area, I am glad I picked documentpreparers instead. We paid 1/5 of what attorneys were charging and the quality is just as great if not better. I highly recommend this office. I also have left a yelp review. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fees for all of our services and there are no hidden costs. Please call us for costs on your particular project today.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first have a consultation about what our clients needs are. Once we and the client are comfortable and have full understanding of what the desired outcome is, we sign a client agreement letter, and send the client a questionnaire to fill out that provides us with all of the information we need to prepare the needed documents. Along with the questionnaire is the invoice that has our standard flat fee. Once we receive all three things, we are ready to go. Our turn around time is fairly quick. Our clients can expect most document services to be completed within a day or two.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a law school graduate who graduated in 2015. I worked in various law firms where I gained essential knowledge and skill that I use every day for my clients.
