Marc is the best trainer I've had thus far!!! I've had multiple trainers, I've been working out with Marc for 4 years now. That says a lot haha. I go 5 times a week, and can say it's not a chore whatsoever. Marc really knows his stuff, he will get you where you want to be. He not only offers training, he can help you with your macros, your athletic performance, and he's also a massage therapist! Something I really appreciate about Marc is his programming. He listens to your goals, and creates a program just for you to get you there. No cookie cutter workout here! So if you want to get healthier and stronger, try Marc. I promise you 100% won't regret it.

I absolutely recommend working with Marc to attain your fitness goals. I started a little over a year ago, completely new to (this side of) the industry, fresh out of an abusive relationship (terrified of doing certain things alone, wary of men and gym spaces), needed to change my habits and stop going out drinking every night, and was looking to finally learn how to manage lifting weights and focusing on honing in aspects of my physique. I’ve always been fairly active in dance, yoga and Pilates but I wanted the discipline and proper knowledge of weight lifting. He not only has been great with communication, planning and going over nutrition aspects, but he’s a great motivator and adapts to each client. I have a certain humor and edge and I appreciate he doesn’t listen to my excuses or can joke with me if I need correction. I know I can message him with questions or really dive into something in a session without judgement which is really beneficial. I’m seeing a ton of improvement every week and I’m at a point where I’m consistently motivated, created a whole new set of really healthy habits and am in a space where I feel safe and can completely be myself. He’s also on top of maintaining equipment and the space we work in and obtaining new equipment and methods of exercise and that really stands out as well, especially after working in lesser gyms in my past. I can’t recommend him enough if I’m honest, and I’m really thankful that I finally got over myself and started working with him. 11/10! (Bear crawls still stink though and I will always protest them until my dying day and well into the afterlife)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The way I have structured my pricing is to make training affordable for everyone. The days of having a Personal Trainer being considered a “luxury expense” is over! I offer 3 types of packages: Month to Month, “6 Week Special”, and Premium. 2 out of 3 packages are “Volume Discounted” meaning the more sessions you do, the more affordable training becomes. These are the most popular packages! 1 out of 3 packages are completely private sessions for long term type of clients who also get a few extra perks like priority scheduling, and Custom Nutritional Coaching for free.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Every new client gets a complimentary consult & assessment. This will be comprised of: getting to know you better, your fitness history, your goals, your diet/nutrition habits, & your medical/health history. Following this we will do a foundational workout that everyone can do that creates a baseline of data that helps me create a workout program specific to your goals.
