- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my attention to detail and commitment to doing a quality job I can be proud of. I want my customer to be content and have peace of mind knowing it’s done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer as a person, as well as tell them a little bit about me. I’ll ask what they want for their project , their timeline, and their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of plumbing and lighting training and experience
