I cannot say enough good things about this cleaning service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and incredibly impressive. She arrived fully prepared with all of her own supplies and equipment, which immediately showed how seriously she takes her work. What truly stood out to me was the level of detail and care put into every part of the home. She didn’t just clean around things — she moved the fridge, the stove, and other large items to make sure every hidden space was spotless. That kind of thoroughness is rare and very appreciated. The windows were left crystal clear, the kitchen looked absolutely immaculate, and every room felt refreshed and brought back to life. You can tell she takes genuine pride in what she does and treats each home with respect and attention. The entire house felt lighter, brighter, and deeply clean when she was finished. On top of the exceptional quality of work, the pricing was more than fair for the amount of effort and detail provided. This was easily one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve had, and I will absolutely be using this service again and recommending her to anyone who asks. Will definitely be using her again!

No-showed after confirming three times. Passed the job on to a friend—30 minutes after she was supposed to already be there—who showed 90 minutes late and while my landlord was already on the way. She messaged me several times saying she was on the way when she obviously wasn’t since she never showed up. When I told her how disappointed I was, she claimed she had a medical emergency and her “coworker didn’t make it in time” which is a lie. The friend she passed the job on to said that she had only just told her about it and also didn’t tell her what she was supposed to be doing. I would have understood sending someone else if she forgot the job, but lying and saying she personally is on her way when she had no intention of ever showing tells me this business is just flaky overall.
