So we ended up moving two 55+gal tanks, two pieces of furniture and two 29+ gal tanks from west Los Angeles to torrance. It was honestly alot of work but Aquarium Architects were far more than capable of handling the task. I am going to get some more work done by them. Because we discuss that, they also do tank design. Definitely looking forward to doing business with you again.
Ps. The fish love the new layout after the move!

Steve did an excellent job my tank was cleaner,and clearer then when I first but it up. Steve did such a great job I decided to hire him to service my tank monthly. Steve knows his stuff when it comes to aquariums. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me suggestions on how to save some money when buy supplies for my tank.

Steve was awesome! He had all the equipment to drain my aquarium, secure my fish in a safe and stress free environment, and transport everything successfully.
The best part is that Steve was very careful to preserve the water so my fish won't go into shock after the setup.
I raised my fish since they were very tiny, and they're very large now. So it was critical that I don't lose any of my fish through mishandling them.
Steve was very professional. I will definitely call Aquatic Design for my next move. I also elected to have them continue services on my aquarium monthly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 an hour for aquatic services. We have a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour we charge in quarter hour intervals. We also offer a full line of aquarium supplies for sale to ensure your success.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that you call our offices and let us know you are in need of aquatic services. We will set you up in our system as a new customer, and assign you a aquatic professional who services in your area.
From there we will set up regular service intervals and a plan to make any necessary adjustments to your aquatic system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our staff either has had or still does maintain personal water features of their own. Some have them have worked in import or warehouse facilities or pet stores where aquatic animal husbandry is at the center of focus.
