- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always important to understand the needs of a customer, so communication is key. When a customer comes to EZIT, we want to take the need that you have, and make it our own. To do that we will ask for as much detail as possible. Every situation is different and with that, so is every solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EZIT is backed with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. We have been serving our customers with care since we were established in 2016, and continue to strive to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When working with any customer, it is important to try and understand the issue that they are having. It's important to know these details: Make and model of equipment Serial number of equipment The issue that they are having Details of the issue such as any error, light, or beep codes that the equipment gives when trying to turn on. Pictures or screenshot of the issue (if possible)
