Logo Design
Marco is great with client relations. He explains in great detail his process and interviews you to determine what you may, or may not like. I hired Marco for logo design and had no idea what I was looking for. I gave a general view of what I like and dislike and Marco came back in about two weeks with over a dozen preliminary designs. I am still trying to narrow down my final selection because there are many good ones. Marco is thorough and professional. You won’t regret working with him.

From the initial phone consult to the many design options he provides at your first sit-down meeting, he is a true professional and so very talented!! I loved all of the logo designs he created! I found Thumbtack quite randomly while searching for "how-to" advice on creating my own web site. So happy I did! MiDESign & Marketing Consultancy was one of five design sites that contacted me initially. All were clearly capable but MiDESign seemed the best fit for my needs as an artist. At our initial meeting Marco Ippaso, artist, owner and designer, explained his services clearly and laid out the general process of building my web site together including costs, time frame, mutual expectations, etc. I found him easy to work with, extremely creative and we quickly developed an easy working relationship. I was never pressured for time and essentially my pace was his pace. Marco made sure our meetings were pleasant and convenient and kept me up to date on his plan and progress. Early on he presented me with several design options and together we agreed on one and concentrated thereafter on refining it. Marco "got" me and understood my taste and personality as it would be reflected in the site. I would recommend Marco and MiDESign & Marketing Consultancy to anyone looking for professional, stylish and creative design services.

Very talented, skillful and service fee is very reasonable. We got the logo design we wanted and more. He’s very patient and takes his time to understand our vision and guided us through the whole process. He’s very pleasant to work with. Marco makes you feel like family. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge by the hour. However I have a series of fixed fee pricing for common briefs such as Logo Design, Stationery, and have different monthly marketing packages for clients, depending up requirements. Estimated job pricing is given per specific job, once the brief has been defined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The fundamental is personal service. Usually everything starts with a telephone conversation to ensure congeniality and that we can provide what the client requires. We also cover pricing expectations and time frames. This is then inevitably followed by a meeting where the project is discussed in detail. Everything is then confirmed in writing and the project is commenced. Briefs are broken down in stages which trigger project reviews, to ensure everything is agreed, is on track and the client is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Constantly learning to stay up to date, utilizing the latest Adobe Creative suite. Web design and Social Media is progressing at such a rapid speed that if you don't remain abreast of technology, you get left behind!
