I highly recommend Alex! He was very responsive, even on a Sunday. I was able to schedule him to come the same day I reached out to him. I had a sectional & loveseat in dire need of cleaning. He was honest about possible limitations in removing some of the spots on the loveseat, but the end result was better than I expected. Communication was great, he was professional, great value for the work done, & I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will be calling Alex for all future upholsterycleaning needs!!!
Alex arrived on time and was organized and completed the job quickly. The couch looks brand new and smells wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this company and will hire them again for other cleaning projects!

Prime Soft Clean did a great job on my couch. They were very quick in responding from the first moment I reached out about a quote. Day of, he was running a bit behind but they made sure to text me & let me know. I did not mind because I knew I would be home all day. My couch looks and smells brand new. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about their furniture type and specific concerns — like stains, odors, or allergens. Then, I inspect the furniture in person to choose the best cleaning method. Once we agree on the approach, I proceed with a deep clean, paying special attention to problem areas. After the cleaning is done, I ensure the customer is satisfied with the result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve undergone training on how to properly clean different types of fabrics and upholstery, including delicate materials like velvet and leather. I also stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and products to ensure I’m providing the best possible service.
