- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price work to include a budget for quality materials, and proper code compliant and best practices methods of installing materials. I also give customers a budget range up front that includes any additional work that maybe required to complete the project properly, so all costs can be planned for prior to the start of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid projects often without going out to see the project. I often request photos be sent to me via email or text, and clients are given a budget for the project. If the budget is accepted, I show up with materials, and start work after I walk the job-site and provide a written proposal/contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a General Construction License, Plumbing License, and Real Estate license. I also consistently read fine homebuilding and JLC Online to learn about best practices for construction, and new construction products and installation methods.
