Please don’t leave customers hanging next time. We waited for you two weeks and then you don’t show up. Not happy with it. We were willing to pay more as well.

Yasin, To be fair I responded less than a week ago and just went to meet yesterday. Please try to have everyone involved at the initial get together. I can’t comfortably price and complete your work without understanding everyone’s needs. I gave a very fair price, and was asked for further concessions . The last minute changes to the relationship caused me to have second thoughts. Good luck going forward. John N

Chad Wallace came to us on Concierge's recommendation. He did excellent carpentry work restoring an outdoor balcony. But he never finished the job, and just DISAPPEARED, leaving a ladder, a scaffold, and a big pile of garbage (this was late June). I emailed him, texted him, and once spoke to him on the phone, but he never showed up again. Now, more than a month later, I removed the garbage myself and am talking to Coulter Construction about picking up the scaffold that has their named stenciled on it. This is too bad because Chad did excellent work, and I don't know what's gong on in his life, but I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
