I have been meeting with Sean once a week. When I first started my sessions I felt lost, insecure and lack of confidence. Sean is an angel from heaven, he really takes the time to understand where those feelings are coming from. He works with you to help you overcome those negative feelings. I feel so grateful for all his help. I’m still a work in progress but I can confidently say that I am happy for who I am and capable to overcome any fears. I love waking up knowing that I’m sufficient & gaining my confidence back. One of the things that stuck with me is to live my life without expectations from anyone. If I expect nothing from somebody I am never going to be disappointed. I am on my way to happiness because I am learning to appreciate and love who I am. Thank you Sean!
