I was somewhat overweight. High blood pressure and cholesterol problems. Mike designed a problem to address these issues, teach me to eat properly, and prepare me for the long term, not just a short term weight loss. He is genuinely concerned that you succeed. He is always available to help and encourages you to do well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Don't wait--take of the weight!! Call Mike and get started on a healthy life!!

I'd pick all 5 of the "Like" categories but I was only able to choose 3. Great Job Mike! I had my daily workout routines fluctuate a few times due to an injury; Nutricity Wellness Coaching (Mike) adjusted my food intake (Macros) per my modifications. All of my texts were answered in a timely manner; some texts... within a few minutes! Meal suggestions, recipes, and other suggestions for food were great. If he found something interesting in an area I was struggling (Sugar/fat) he would make great suggestions. Thanks Mike.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple packages to fit your goals and budget. From meal planning package to full Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. I also offer multiple levels of support from phone, e-mail, and text so I am always ready for you. Additional services are family health planning, pantry raids, group and party classes, grocery shopping balance, cooking classes, and working out together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a free consult. If we decide to work together, the next step is the intake form to figure out goals and make a plan based on that information. From there we go into meal planing and build a plan together to fit your needs based on your preferences and package.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach (MCN) as well as a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
