Introduction: Whole Person Fitness gym provides a non-intimidating atmosphere that allows anyone to feel comfortable and know that we provide an individualized training for each client's needs.
I have been in the fitness industry for 19 years and have trained clients for weight loss, body building, core strength, agility, balance and flexibility. I also love training kids and seniors and work with varied needs. I also have a certification as a child birth doula and a neurolinguistic practitioner with training in behavioral modification. Our trainers are very knowledgeable, and we give each client a training for his/her body type. The gym is by appointment only, so it allows you to have that time for just yourself with your trainer and no big gym distractions. I am also a published author in Anchor Point Magazine.
