Lance did an excellent job cleaning all the windows of our two-story house, inside and out. The results were impressive, and his attention to detail was evident. The issue of rain water didn't run across the gutter smoothly has bothered me for the past 2 years. Lance showed up punctually and cleaned up the gutter swiftly. When he removed all the first and leaves, the water runs smoothly again. 200 dollar for gutter cleaning worth a lot for me and Lance is definitely a very good guy in cleaning services.
