The issue of rain water didn't run across the gutter smoothly has bothered me for the past 2 years. Lance showed up punctually and cleaned up the gutter swiftly. When he removed all the first and leaves, the water runs smoothly again. 200 dollar for gutter cleaning worth a lot for me and Lance is definitely a very good guy in cleaning services.
