We had Connected Integration run network and coaxial cable throughout our home for security cameras and general use. Jacob came up with a proposal based on our input and had helpful suggestions along the way. When it came time to run the cables, he and his team were able to hide almost all of them in the attics and walls so that they weren't an eyesore. Highly recommended!

Jacob and Alex were excellent. They expertly put up three wired ring cameras and a ring doorbell in our old home with crazy electrical wiring. They thought creatively as to how to place the cameras given our odd house geometry, sight lines, and lack of attic space to pull wires.
Jacob actually convinced us to go with a less expensive install. He is trustworthy and his pricing is clear.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a low voltage company, we are average priced. We do offer a discount for veterans. Both retired and active. Make sure to mention this upon receiving or negotiating a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we understand the scope of the process. Sometimes, this requires a free in-home consultation. Once we understand the scope of work to it's fullest, we send a personal proposal. Once approved, we get you scheduled. Once the job completes, we clean up and your house is left cleaner then when we arrived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed (C7 License), bonded and insured company. We are URC, RTI & Control4 certified.
The owner, Jacob Bishop went to college for computer science.
