If there ever is a charge for anything, you can trust that you will know about. Before and after photos are taken of filter cleans and sent to each customer the day of. Do not do business with Scott. He was servicing a property that I own for over a year when he said I needed a new pool pump January 2025. I told him I was struggling financially and and then he went ahead and did the job anyway. I paid $3000 dollars and a week ago was told the pump isn't working. I looked at video of the pump and its nowhere near new! I paid for a pump that was never installed! On top of that, he did some sealing on the pipes prior, and never connected the slide water pipe. He would show up really late at night, or not show up at all too. It never dawned on me to check the job because I trusted this guy. I have tried to get a hold of him to resolve the issue, but he wont call or text me back. He never did me wrong, until he did. Pretty sure he's on drugs too...not pot either. Here's a video from January of the "old" pump, and a video from this week of the "new pump".

We have a vacation rental that needed an urgent pool light/electrical repair for a wedding, we sent out an urgent repair request to pros stating we needed a next day service- after Serrano agreed to come out the next day, we stopped pursuing any other options and didn’t schedule with any other company. The next day came, no call/no show; He originally wanted $150 to show up with repair charges to be presented beyond. We discovered on our own, it was just a simple gfci reset on an outlet. When we finally heard back, we’d already remedied it. He did us a favor by flaking, essentially, although we can’t attest to their quality of work, just their lack of reliability. **UPDATE - RESPONSE TO PRO’s (response) and his BLATANT LIES OF A CLAIM. Photos of the conversation between pro are being provided, since he used a chatgpt response claiming to not have known we were in Auburn, (blah blah blah-) the customer might not be aware but Thumbtack only matches up customers in the areas pre selected by the pros, meaning they are willing to service the areas they are given leads in, OR they arbitrarily choose to take the lead KNOWING where it’s located if it’s outside their chosen area- We know this because we also have a Thumbtack pro account and know how it works. PLUS, he absolutely agreed to come out and knew it was urgent. It was our opening messaged to him AND it stated where we were located in the job description before he responded to the lead. Thumbtack also informed him it was a service due within 48 hours the job. He agreed to come out next day as you’ll see in the posted photos of the conversation. Not only is he a flake, but completely dishonest trying to cover up his unprofessionalism. (Take notice how he knew it was in Auburn and the distance because he jacked the price up to $150 when it originally states it’s $80 for an on-site…) what a clown service to try and pass the buck and not accept responsibility for standing us up. Smh!

I LIKE THE FACT THAT SCOTT THE OWNER IS ALSO THE SERVICE GUY. HE DOES IT ALL. NICE GUY, PROFESSIONAL, CARES ABOUT MY POOL AND KEEPING IT CLEAN AND RUNNING. VERY HAPPY!
