I plan and conduct nutrition classes on well-rounded nutritional intake, sustained weight loss, and specific ailments (e.g. diabetes, lupus, hypoglycemia, etc.).
I provide chef training including classes in raw food preparation, healthy meals, optimal breakfast smoothies and raw food preparation and desserts.
