Super impressed with Jeremy and how professional and knowledgeable he was when it came to completing my service. The unmarked van was an extra plus as my neighbors can be a little nosy and this was a sensitive thing I didnt want to publicize for obvious reasons. I got updates throughout the day about temperatures which kept me relaxed and at ease during the day. Its been a few weeks since the treatment and I havent seen a bug since!! So thrilled I can now be at peace in my bed and finally sleep!! Highly recommend giving Jeremy a call for all your bed bug problems!

Was super happy with Jeremy and the bed bug experts. We found a few bugs in my daughters bed and were so stressed out. We called the bed bug experts and Jeremy was super reassuring that it wasnt the end of the world (even though it felt like it). We hired him on the spot and he was able to come help us the next day. Prep was easy, and we got text updates from him during the day and also pics of our thermostat showing how hot it was inside. I feel so much better knowing its done! We also opted for the extended warranty so we dont have to ever worry about these stupid bugs again. Thanks again Jeremy for taking such good care of us.
