We hired Jeremy to come out a few weeks ago when we discovered bed bugs in my daughter's room. We have a large house and didn't want to heat up everything because of all the preparation. He was able to offer a hybrid approach where he heated up my daughter's room where the bed bugs were present and then performed a spray on the rest of the home to ensure that if there was any straggler bugs out there they would die. He even offers a guarantee with this approach which made it the no-brainer. It saved us quite a bit of money (and stress) compared to other quotes we got and made the process easier. I could tell by talking with him he actually cared and that's really what made us want to hire him. I hope we never have bed bugs again but if I do I know that Jeremy will be my first call!

We offer upfront, flat-rate pricing—no surprise fees. Our treatments are customized based on the size of your home and severity of the infestation. We also offer interest-free financing options because we know nobody plans for a bed bug problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to understand what you're experiencing. From there, we’ll either schedule an inspection or jump straight into treatment if it's clearly bed bugs. We walk you through every step and provide detailed prep instructions to make sure the treatment is 100% effective.
