Walter is a powerhouse! Equally skilled at trial or at negotiating an excellent resolution, Walter does it all! Walter has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of both California criminal law (which is statutory and complicated) and various alternative to jail programs. I have been a practicing criminal defense attorney since 2002 having handled thousands of criminal and having obtained excellent results in many many cases.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having graduated from USC and then UC Berkely Law School, I immediately began working in criminal law having passed the California State Bar. This was the area that I knew that I wanted to practice in and make a lifelong career out of.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Always ask about experience and familiarity with the particular target courthouse. Always assess for commitment and drive to provide quality customer service and strong representation.
