I have had trainers in the past, so I knew what I was looking for in a trainer. I consulted with four different trainers around the area and knew Angie was going to be the right fit prior to meeting her. It’s easy for someone to tell you what to do to lose weight and create a nutrition plan for you, there’s a difference when they understand your lifestyle and know that you are not going to follow a generic plan just to lose the weight quick and fall back to where you were to begin with. If you’re serious about your fitness journey Angie is the trainer to work with. I was someone who was intimidated by the thought of doing a dead lift even after having experiences with other trainers. Angie really took the time to help me correct my form, I am now getting in formation without even thinking twice. I have seen my progress not just on the scale but mentally within a short period of time. I am looking forward to what’s to come! Depending on your budget and how comfortable you are when working out around other people, you can get a lot out of her group sessions. She still has her own agenda for you depending on what your goals are, you are not working out as a group with other people. Most importantly is that everyone is respectful at this gym!"See more
