- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price changes based on if i'm doing a smaller job and just give a quote for the entire job, or if it's a larger job that is done on an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see if they have any drawings or pictures of the design they are looking for regarding the project. I then work with the costumer to give them what they are looking for, at the best price I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed to find a career I loved doing and a friend suggested welding. After starting down the path of learning to weld, I realized how much I loved it.
