FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not per se' We evaluate each scenario presented by clients, as to the most effective means of addressing such scenarios, and base our fees according to each evaluation. Every project is like a snow flake, no two are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through various media, we invite & encourage folks & businesses to call upon us whenever they experience one or more pest issues. Upon their doing so, we discuss with them their pest issue(s) and our professional opinion as to the best approach in dealing with the same, both for immediate, and long term relief. For those that choose to take advantage of what we offer, we arrange for an appointment to begin such relief. The final step of the process, of course, is our keeping the aforementioned appointment, and effectively addressing the client's pest issue(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of CA regulates the pest control industry via several agencies. There are numerous laws, rules, and regulations that these various agencies enforce. One of which is that licenses are renewed every three years. In order to have your license renewed, there are a specific number of continuing education hours necessary to be accrued during the three year period, preceding the license renewal date. This helps to ensure that only those that are seriously dedicated to the industry and the safety of those it serves remain licensed.
