- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job is identical, so I do not have standard pricing. I have a baseline for typical tasks that I use that is competitive to the industry, however, I also factor in my cost if I must travel, whether the project is ongoing or a one-time project, and what the clients' preferences are. I do have some standard offerings for certain services; for example, my basic resume package includes an initial consultation, resume creation and editing, final review, hard copies printed on parchment or stationary bond, and electronic versions of the resume, cover letter, and follow-up thank you letters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients either in person or over the phone to gain a clear understanding of their needs and expectations regarding the job at hand. I want to get to know my clients professionally and also on a personal level to ensure I have covered every aspect of their needs and personality. It is important to me to know what makes a person "tick" and by knowing this I am better able to tailor my services to meet their needs specifically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and I also hold a specialty Organizational Management (OM) certification. I also hold certifications for survey programs, learning management systems (LMS), records management and have taken numerous software courses to ensure I am proficient at an Expert level with the most popular software programs.
