FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, ask about the issue at hand then spend some time troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. Once I have determined the cause of the problem and the solution I explain what’s happening to the customer and provide possible options. Whenever there is more than one option I always explain the differences between them as well as the pros and cons and always give my honest recommendations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off as simply a helper, the work was backbreaking and the hours were long but my goal became to learn something new everyday. The years went by quickly and the work became easier. Not because the tasks were lighter but because my experience had grown. I give all new guys the same advice: The first year is the hardest, because you don’t know anything and have to learn as you go; but the longer you stick with it the better it gets.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We believe one of the most important parts of every visit is to educate our customers about the issue at hand and how we plan to fix it.
