dryer stopped heating. terry was able to find a time to squeeze me in same day i reached out for service. showed up on time, found the bad part, and replaced it within 30 minutes.

I am excited to finally find a company that agreed to work on my constantly breaking dishwasher. From what I understand it’s a rare brand and many other companies just didn’t want to work with rare brands and told me it can’t be fixed. Apparently they were wrong because Terry the technician immediately figured the problem and was able to provide options. He is very skilled, and was able to find a required part. We had to wait for some time for the part, but as soon as it arrived, he came and quickly replaced it. My advice for the customers is always ask for a second opinion and don’t throw your appliances away. I didn’t have faith it will be fixed and morally prepared to spend money for a new dishwasher but everything turned out great. Also got some recommendations how to care about appliances so they last longer. I was happy with overall experience and the outcome.

Our ice maker on our Whirlpool fridge was frozen over and not working. Taras came out quickly, dismantled the ice maker, cleaned out a ton of frozen-over pieces, and diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, punctual, and even gave notifications before arrival — scheduling was easy from start to finish.
The quality of work was great. He gave recommendations for upkeep, which I always appreciate, and sealed the ice box for better efficiency. Well worth it to have the repair done instead of replacing the entire fridge (even though its super old).
