Thank you to Vladimir: he assessed the problem and fixed it and also saved me a lot of money. He was honest about when it would make more sense to get a new appliance vs getting spare parts. Very reasonable fees and I will definitely hire him again.

Vladimir arrived on time, very respectful and courteous. He had all the necessary equipment to work in my old Chambers stove. He repaired the gas leak and then worked on cleaning the other pilots so when the burners are turned on the main pilot will not go out. Excellent work. I am extremely pleased with Vladimir’s work and Pacific Appliance reasonable rate. Bravo! Kathleen

About a month ago, I reached out to Vladimir at A Plus Appliance for some help with a fridge that was no longer working. After I tried troubleshooting myself, it was still not working and I had no idea what to do. I reached out to A Plus Appliance and I am so glad I did. Vladimir responded quickly, informed me he was out of town at the moment, and provided with some expert troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue. He told me that if his suggestions did not work, he would come out as soon as he could. He shared all of these tips all without charging me a dime. Low and behold, his suggestions worked! Not only did he save me from buying a new fridge, but he got my fridge up and working without having to make a trip out and without charging me anything! The least I could do was leave a positive review! Thanks so much Vladimir!!!! Won’t hesitate to reach back out for any other appliance related service calls!

Vladimir is a genius, and now my hands down “go to” person for all appliance repairs. After several failed attempts by other appliance repair professionals to fix my refrigerator ice maker, I gave it one more shot and reached out to Vladimir before conceding that I needed to buy a new fridge. Even before scheduling an appointment, to save me money he willingly gave a few suggestions of things to check first that couple possibly have been the cause of the problem, was even willing to talk to me on the phone. After I checked the things Vladimir suggested he promptly came out to assess the situation. After a couple of visits he still wasn’t able to get at the root cause of the problem and I was ready to throw in the towel. During the last visit he convinced me to give him one more shot as he was pretty confident that by a process of elimination he identified the problem. While he purchased a part he thought was needed to be replaced, before doing the install he gave the refrigerator one more once over and in doing so discovered a cut wire. Long story short, he went to he car, got some tools and supplies, removed the door reconnected and strung the wire to the water and ice dispenser motor, and low and behold problem solved. Because he didn’t need the part he could return it for a full refund. During his visit he also installed a piece on one of the other refrigerator doors that was keeping the door from staying securely shut (it’s a French refrigerator). A previous repair person said the repair couldn’t be made and instead would require the replacing the entire door. Vladimir bought the part that needed to be replaced for under $10 and fixed the door as good as new. Professional, smart, fair, transparent, honest, determined, pleasant and committed are just a few of the many words I’d use to describe Vladimir. Thanks to his work we just saved around $2,500. Highly, highly, highly recommend. 5 stars for sure.
