Vladimir was very professional and responsive since the time i first contacted him to get my fridge and dishwasher repaired. After learning that it was better to replace my old dishwasher, i got his help to replace the existing defrost sensors and equipment in my fridge since it wasn't cooling properly. He explained to me what it took to get the job done and helped throughout the process with detailed pictures both before and after since I was remote. I would get his help again whenever needed!

Vladimir clearly knew my Bosch dishwasher. He was careful not to spill the leaking water and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, he did not have the part with him so we had to schedule for the following week but he was very considerate of my time, arrived within his agreed 2 hour window and got it quickly repaired. He tested and leveled the machine when he reinstalled it. A thorough and skilled repairman. Thank you!
