Vladamir responded on the weekend and quickly grasped the urgency of the situation. He arrived on time and found the issue almost immediately. He located the part and completed the task in a timely fashion at the previously stated price. He was thoughtful and conscientious about his work and took the time to educate me on the proper maintenance of a washer. Definitely would use him again!

Our dishwasher stopped working and we called Vladimir because we saw that he had really strong reviews. He came the next day, at the time he said he’d be there. He identified the problem as a broken drain pump. He told us he could fix it for $220 or we could save money and order the part for $30 and change it ourselves. Then he took the time to explain to us how we to put the new part in. We ordered the part and put it in but couldn’t get the machine to work so we called him. He came over the same day, showed us what we were doing wrong and got the machine working immediately. We asked how much we owed him and he said nothing! He refused to take any money. Vladimir was kind, professional, prompt, effective and fair. Highly reccommend! I highly highly we commend Vladimir

My washer failed right before my vacation. Vladmir responded to my request promptly and inspected the washer the next day. It was a difficult task, as my washer and dryer are in a very tight space. Vladmir brought a helper and carefully dismantled the machines. Thankfully, I have a working laundry again. Thank you guys!

I really appreciated Vladimir, his professionalism, and quality of work. He not only fixed the smell issue we had with our washing machine - he also fixed another issue with our machine rattling while at it. He left us with very clear guidance on what to do - will definitely reach back for support! I could only give 5* for three things (Thumbtack restriction), but in all honesty Vladimir deserves 5* in all areas. The ones I couldn't choose also were Punctuality and Responsiveness.

He was on time, very knowledgeable and helped asses the situation. With PGE power outages that went on for weeks lasting an entire day, our fridge went out. He was honest and we will use him in the future for any appliance situations and repairs.
