I had an experience with a prior repair company who said my Thermador microwave/stove wall unit could not be repaired. Vladimir came out from Pacific Appliance , evaluated the problem, ordered the parts, and when they arrived he repaired the microwave and oven!!!! Fantastic job.

Vladimir was everything I was hoping for in an appliance repair person. I was out of town, the tenant was not really helpful. He was polite, persistent, professional. Fixed the dryer on the spot. Assesed the washer and stove,and recommended options: fix vs replace. Great help!

Vladimir was very professional and responsive since the time i first contacted him to get my fridge and dishwasher repaired. After learning that it was better to replace my old dishwasher, i got his help to replace the existing defrost sensors and equipment in my fridge since it wasn't cooling properly. He explained to me what it took to get the job done and helped throughout the process with detailed pictures both before and after since I was remote. I would get his help again whenever needed!
