I didn't get any work done but the pro was professional enough to give an honest opinion telling me that it might not be possible to say with good confidence that this could be fixed since it was an old product.
I decided to go with a replacement instead but would definitely consider the pro for future requirements.

Vladimir responded to our message within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon and was at our house in less than 24 hours. He spent a little over 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon, troubleshooting and then replacing the motor harness by removing the entirety of the back of the washer. He worked in very cramped and dusty conditions without any complaints. He was a pleasure to work with and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Our dishwasher stopped working and we called Vladimir because we saw that he had really strong reviews. He came the next day, at the time he said he’d be there. He identified the problem as a broken drain pump. He told us he could fix it for $220 or we could save money and order the part for $30 and change it
ourselves. Then he took the time to explain to us how we to put the new part in.

We ordered the part and put it in but couldn’t get the machine to work so we called him. He came over the same day, showed us what we were doing wrong and got the machine working immediately. We asked how much we owed him and he said nothing! He refused to take any money.

Vladimir was kind, professional, prompt, effective and fair. Highly reccommend!

Vadimir, was honest and when he said he would be here, he was here, and he told the part should be in by a specific date and on that date he called to say the part was in a came and repaired the dishwasher the same day and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend him.
