Great responses. Professional. Fair quote. Punctual. Non-judgmental. Did an amazing job. I’m dog potty training and he was more than understanding. Got pee stains out easily. I moved a rug and found a Huge old red wine stain on my tan carpet. He somehow (magic is all I can imagine) got it out even though I had forgotten about it when he quoted me. I even told him I wasn’t so worried about stains, just cleanliness, and he still went way above and beyond and made this carpet like new. Thank you Carl!
