Had the pleasure of working with Carl who took great care of my two area rugs on a Monday morning. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and very personable. Was able to tell me the ins-and-outs of his cleaning process - which had my area rugs looking and smelling brand new again. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly use again. 5 stars

Great responses. Professional. Fair quote. Punctual. Non-judgmental. Did an amazing job. I’m dog potty training and he was more than understanding. Got pee stains out easily. I moved a rug and found a Huge old red wine stain on my tan carpet. He somehow (magic is all I can imagine) got it out even though I had forgotten about it when he quoted me. I even told him I wasn’t so worried about stains, just cleanliness, and he still went way above and beyond and made this carpet like new. Thank you Carl!

Carl gave a straight forward all-in price for the job that was very competitive and was able to get it scheduled quickly. He does not upcharge later for things like pet stains or protectant. He's very responsive, a pleasure to work with, arrived early, and completed the work in the time estimated. He explained the process thoroughly and knows his stuff!
