I give everything I own complementary. Chargers, china, stemwarem utensils, chafers, it's all included. I love that every job is unique and individualized. I don't get stagnent in my job.

We just hired Jennifer to cater our wedding later this year. Jen and the Cafe Soleil team did a great job catering our wedding! Even though we had done tastings with other caterers who charged significantly more, Jen's food was the best of all the tastings we went to. Her presentation was spot on and really impressed both my parents and my husband's parents. She was hands-on, interested, and just such a delightful, fun, kind person to work with. From the food to the wait staff to the linens, everything from Cafe Soleil was incredible. Thank you!

Nope. Not complicated at all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I fly to Vegas every year and go to all the cater source classes, and trade show.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have Owned my restaraunt for 22 years. Catering the last 10 years was just a natural fit. I love to plan events. I am so much more than a caterer, I am an event planner, an organizer, a decorator, at times a florist, I'll hang drapes,I will do whatever it takes to make my bride happy and the pictures amazing.
