A San Francisco attorney my friend suggested I call Roland with Woodbridge Construction,stating that Roland had built a third story to his home on Bush St.He said the project was a challenge but we were able to complete the top floor. We had started a studio in San Mateo with another contractor.The long and the short of it,lots of trouble,therefore after taking my friend's suggestion we hired Mr.Mireless. He and his crew corrected all of our concerns,provided welcome advice and completed our study. I am on a wheel chair and his crew made sure that the walkway was always clear for me and kept the work area clean. The day the inspector gave us final,I took all the crew to lunch.

I meet Roland at YMCA racquet ball court many years ago, we asked each other as to our professions he said real estate developer, which created an interest,for years thereafter about once a month I would visit a project and we would have lunch, that went on for a while. One day he said I have a building you have admired;he asked if I would be interested, I did not need another investment because my uncle and father left me whatever I may need,but yes that triplex would fit into in my portfolio just perfect.
