Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have 25 years of construction and maintenance experience. From high end residential remodels to multiple commercial tenant improvement work. I am currently a Real estate house flipper, I was a building maintenance engineer for 8 years and a facility manger for 5 years I’ve managed 30 commercial buildings and apartment buildings. That’s 30 “old” SF buildings all with there own set of unique and changing problems! I am currently buying real estate and fixing up the houses and reselling them on the market I do maintenance and handyman work in the meantime in between time till my properties are sold or till I have to fix them myself. I’ve been in the trades since I was 13 years old from helping my uncle handing him tools to now working with my best friend run his construction business. I decided to venture into the handy business to help others I figured, I do such a great job helping family and friends I thought what the hey, I might as well put the skills to use! I also use to work for a nonprofit youth agency helping youth gain the skills to be successful in their life’s. I have a general nack for wanting to help! Thanks for reading this far down and I look forward to building a handy relationship with you!

Devzay helped me with a water heater replacement. We looked into installing an electric tankless. Devzay gave me all the details and tradeoffs I needed to know. We ultimately ended up with just replacing the old tank water heater. Devzay also made the emergency gas shut off's more easily accessible. He was very straight forward and made great recommendations. I would definitely hire him again.

Details: Yes, the location has an existing heater • Gas tank (standard) • Kitchen • Condo/Apartment

Devzay helped install some tricky shelves in our house. He is very thorough and professional - was able to identify the problems with the hardware the shelves came with and figured out a way to make it work. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and we’d definitely request his help again in the future on bigger projects and recommend him highly!

I highly recommend Devzay Construction. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and he knew exactly what to do, had the correct tools and completed the job with excellent service and professionalism. I recently moved to this new location and will reach out to him first for other jobs that will no doubt arise.

Brian replaced the water heater in our house and the experience was very smooth. He takes time to understand the problem, discusses and explains all options in detail and makes sure it is done right. He is very patient and understanding. Very reliable and makes sure to get the best service for you. I will definitely hire him for the next job. Highly recommended!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

They should know that I do not haggle with my price I let my work and my work ethics speak for itself. It’s like dining at a really fantastic restaurant where you know they took the extra steps to make your dinner the best! How could you get bug eyed when you get the Bill?! It was that great of a dinner you might give an extra tip! I do my best to be that great dinner. My prices I would say are fair and very reasonable. In reality I am in it for the money but at the same time I’m also in it to build long standing relationships with customers someone they can trust and call. With that being said, my prices are low so I can hook line and sinker you! Once you’ve worked with me you wouldn’t even flench when my prices adjust to the regular market rate down the line. I believe proving ones self is better then just asking for the highest pay without even knowing me yet!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically prefer to consult, assess and then present the costumers with options. Get to know where the mind set is. Every project is unique for example, one might want to fix up a shed with the most minimum money and efforts why, because the customer is only trying to do the minimum requirements so the refi can push through. They will demolish it and rebuild in the near future but for now they need it done fast and very cost efficient. I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t talk to them assess and analyze the concerns.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of my experience was on the job actually doing the work! There is So much to know in the construction and maintenance industry that 95% of it can’t be learned in school. The best part about most of my experience being in the field is working with very experienced and knowledgeable individuals that all have different and efficient styles of work I carry a part of each and everyone of there teaching’s with me.
