• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  They should know that I do not haggle with my price I let my work and my work ethics speak for itself. It’s like dining at a really fantastic restaurant where you know they took the extra steps to make your dinner the best! How could you get bug eyed when you get the Bill?! It was that great of a dinner you might give an extra tip! I do my best to be that great dinner. My prices I would say are fair and very reasonable. In reality I am in business to make money but I’m not all about the money. I’m also in it to build long standing relationships with customers someone they can trust and call. With that being said, I believe proving ones self is better then just asking for the highest pay without even knowing me yet!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I typically prefer to consult, assess and then present the costumers with options. Get to know where the mind set is. Every project is unique for example, one might want to fix up a shed with the most minimum money and efforts why, because the customer is only trying to do the minimum requirements so the refi can push through. They will demolish it and rebuild in the near future but for now they need it done fast and very cost efficient. I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t talk to them assess and analyze the concerns.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All of my experience was on the job actually doing the work! There is So much to know in the construction and maintenance industry that 95% of it can’t be learned in school. The best part about most of my experience being in the field is working with very experienced and knowledgeable individuals that all have different and efficient styles of work I carry a part of each and everyone of there teaching’s with me.
