I've worked as a property manager for 10 years and I have worekd with a LOT of cleaners so i've seen many good and many bad vendors. BigStar Cleaning is among the best and favorite i've worked with for my personal home. They gave one of the best price quotes for a 1 day turnaround deep cleaning. They were very easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and showed up on time. While in my home, they performed a deep cleaning, and did not miss an inch of the 1700sf home. They dusted all the walls, baseboards, ceilings, fixtures, etc. They used high quality cleaning products to clean all of the windows, appliances, countertops, floors, nooks and crannies. I was so happy with their work and really enjoyed the home for days and days after they left. Thank you BigStar!

Abusive ! As an RN who got sick possibly COVID we had to cancel - and the male owner was abusive and said I had to pay him half for the cancellation - had he stayed calm my husband and I would’ve rescheduled as we are looking for permanent cleaners - being a bully is so inappropriate and not professional

Cancellation was made 10 minutes before arrival time at your home. I was not rude or bullying at any point, I just said that there would be a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount charged as I was not given any advance notice, at least 12 hours in advance, so that I could allocate another client at the time we were scheduled. In this case, I was harmed, there was a failure of communication between us, as you could have communicated to me the moment you discovered that you were sick. I believe we would get to his house and then you would dismiss us?! And the money spent on travel, time, assistants that I paid without even receiving, so that she wouldn't be harmed like me. I hope you think about what happened. Was I really a bully? A simple advance explanation message would resolve this entire situation. I hope you have a great day and let people know about any unexpected things that happen to you when something is scheduled.
