They were very thorough. House hasn't looked this good since move-in. I've been too sick to clean and the house was getting borderline unlivable for me, I felt gross even taking a shower. They came and cleaned each room and its great now and I can recover in a cleanhouse.

Everything worked out, it was pretty clean when they left except for a couple spots they missed. It’s not really a big deal. I just expect more eye to detail. Communication could have been a little better on the day of the appointment but it worked out and they showed up when they said they would, but only after a few texts and a couple calls from me. It was a hot day. They were obviously tired and I had some deep cleaning that needed to be done in my home. I will give the benefit of the doubt, but I don’t know if I will be hiring them again. They do work hard so don’t let my review discourage you. I just expected different things.

I submitted a request the night before, and by morning, I received a prompt response from the cleaning company. Ludmila and her partner Anna arrived right on time and did an exceptional job. Every surface in my apartment was spotless and dust-free — I was especially impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned the kitchen sink and appliances. They worked quickly and efficiently. Ludmila gave me an appointment quickly & emailed me to let me know when she was on her way to my house. I really appreciate this good communication. She & her associate brought all their supplies with them, worked fast, and did an excellent thorough job. The house was quite dirty but it didn't faze them.
