These guys really saved me! I needed a furnished rental cleaned before a new renter came in (I've got an AirBnB in Oakland Hills) and had a little over 24 hours to do it. I called a few maid companies and between getting them on the phone and then having them come out to the place to do a quote, and also having to meet them there in the next 24 hours - I was screwed, til I got in touch with these guys I really liked that I can book online after seeing the prices and didn't have to call anyone or drive out to the rental to get a quote and all that extra time consumption. They didn't have any yelp reviews so I booked rather blindly, but they also offered a 200% guarantee (either I'm satisfied or I get my money back), so I booked anyway. I also sent them a few emails and got a response in less than 2 minutes. Idk who is over there on the email train, but good job! Anyway, maid showed up on time, used some great smelling stuff (place smells like lemons), and my place is clean. I'm happy and I'll use them again to clean my airbnb. I mentioned I'd book them again, and they gave me a discount code to use for next time. I'll definitely be back!

I went with Maidologie after looking at a few other services. They are distinctive in that they have online booking and "flat rate" prices, not quotes, which is highly convenient. Also, they clean with green products (my family is allergy prone). They've come out several times on a regular schedule to clean and have been great each time. They visit every 2 weeks and it's a pleasure to come home after they've cleaned.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Only hire companies that are using green products! Green cleaning should not be considered a luxury! Green products are now comparable in price to traditional cleaning products. Not only are they healthy for you, your family, and your pets, but they are also healthier for the cleaner, and not to mention the environment. Traditional bleach and ammonia WILL clean your home, but is your home really a healthy place to be after using those products on surfaces that you touch, eat on and live around? Green cleaning is no longer a "luxury" and cleaning services should not be charging you extra for ecofriendly products. When you book a cleaning service, expect that that they will clean your home with products that only make your home shine but also contribute to the health and harmony of your home and loved ones.
