- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type and scope of the project. I offer a flat rate 90 minute Clarity Reset for focused work, as well as hourly organizing for larger or ongoing projects with a minimum commitment. In person consultations are offered for a separate fee and are not applied toward the cost of organizing sessions. Rates reflect professional experience, efficiency, and the ability to guide decisions thoughtfully so progress is made within the time booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a phone conversation to understand your situation, problem areas, and pain points. If appropriate, this is followed by an in person walkthrough so I can fully assess the space. During that walkthrough, I take time to listen, evaluate what is not working, and learn whether you have worked with an organizer before and how that experience felt. From there, I recommend a clear, focused approach that addresses your specific needs and provides practical, lasting solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is rooted in hands on professional experience. I have over a decade of experience in organizing and relocation work, including seven years with a large professional organizing and relocation company serving high end homes, along with experience collaborating with multiple organizing firms. That work required discretion, efficiency, and consistent standards across every project.
