Really appreciated their communication and professionalism to fix my air conditioner after a hot week. He kept his appointment and told me when he would arrive. Then diagnosed and worked quickly to fix my AC problem once he arrived. Certainly would hire them again.

Our air conditioner wasn't working as efficiently as it used to. Of course, this all started when we hit this 100+ degree heat wave. It wouldn't get below 80 degrees and we needed help. We contacted James on thumbtack and within 5 minutes he replied back. Even on the phone before we hired him, he was trying to troubleshoot and help us out. He was able to come help the very next day after the call. He was so warm and friendly with our kiddos, and kept us informed through every step of the process. He also gave us clear advice on how to optimize the airflow in our home (adjusting furniture so our vent could work better, moving rugs to better help the ac to absorb heat, etc.) He ultimately saw that our coils had never been cleaned. He meticulously cleaned the coils and recommended if that doesn't work, we can explore more costly repair options. Now, our home is FINALLY feeling cool! Thank you James for being so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I gave 5 stars based on the two qualities of responsiveness and punctuality, but in regard to value I felt what you charged was a bit much for what you did and the short amount of time it took to complete the simple repair...being a senior citizen on a fixed income every penny counts.

We had noticed a couple days ago that our fan wasn't turning on right, so reached out to see about getting our heater looked at. James was amazing!!! Kept in great contact to make sure we weren't without heat for too long . I reached out yesterday and he came by this morning. Didn't take too long for him to fix our blower.
