Without hesitation I can gladly say working with Ryan in the last few months has been awesome! The patience he has with his clients and the attention to detail is top tier. I love the fact that he takes the extra step to assure you feel comfortable about the training plan.
His place and equipments are top notch, and very clean and safe. If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about your well being and is not just in it for the money, this is your man.

Not too long ago I started with Ryan . He’s definitely one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. I find the amount of respect he gives refreshing. I find honesty to be the best policy when it comes to my fitness goals. I love I can be honest with him when I’ve had a bad week and just get the support I need back. I enjoy that he is sensitive to your body’s limits. He knows just when to challenge you and when to back off. His intuition and diligence to working on achieving your fitness goals is reason why I’ve stayed with Brager Fitness.

I started training with really no intent of losing weight, just wanted to get stronger and tone up. Now after almost a year I am hitting PR after PR and really enjoy my sessions. Ryan shows you new exercises that I would never be able to think of myself and just really cares about helping you become a stronger and healthier version of yourself.

I trained with Ryan for nine months. I chose him because he really knows his stuff. I needed some motivation after going through a workout slump and I did my research to find the best person to live up to my standards. I'm not unfamiliar with fitness and I know what it takes to reach my goals so I knew what I was looking for when I found Ryan. He walks the walk and talks the talk - a lot of "trainers" just try to relay what they've been taught without having ever put it into practice as you can tell by the way they physically look. Ryan has the practical and hands on knowledge to get you the results you want. He's a great motivator and really cares about his clients.
