We saw several swarmers heading straight for our house and later discovered them indoors. We had three Thumbtack termite professionals come out and provide quotes. I always felt rushed and left with more questions than answers. And believe me, as a worried first-time homeowner, I had a LOT. NOT TERMICORE! They got me on the calendar quickly, listened to me, answered my questions, and went the extra mile in their inspection (checking many items that other businesses did not). They were competitively priced, thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and all-around great guys. In addition to being provided preventative treatment and education, I was given a one-year warranty. I don't usually leave reviews (and they didn't ask), but the service I received today was so exceptional (and exceeded my expectations) that I felt compelled to. I remember being hesitant because of their few Thumbtack reviews, but I'm so glad I took a chance. You've definitely found a team that truly lives up to their introduction and goes "above and beyond"!

We have great pricing and we will match or beat any other bids for the job. We are also offering 20% for first time customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to call our new customers and get as much information regarding the problems they are having. When we arrive at the property we walk our customer through everything we are doing and then walk them through what we have found. We believe Educating our customers as best as possible.
