Not using thumbtack before and so taking a chance since I had no idea where I could go to get my refrigerator freezer repaired…I chose Homestead appliance services because I liked the reviews, which make a difference for me in choosing the kind of household help that a homeowner sometimes needs. Eddie‘s response to my inquiry of service was quick. Eddie is very pleasant and very professional. He was able to diagnose what was going on with my freezer’s defroster and he repaired it. In the future, if any of my appliances need repair or even a maintenance check, I will call Eddie at Homestead appliance services. I sent a message yesterday morning requesting a repair for my washer. Eddie was super nice, knowledgeable and thorough. My washing machine was making a horrible grinding noise and he responded to my message within minutes, scheduled an appointment that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part ordered before he left. He notified me that he received the part and scheduled another appointment for this afternoon, he just left and everything is running smoothly. 10/10 would recommend hiring him, I definitely will be if any other of my appliances give me any trouble

Our old dryer stopped heating, so our clothes were not drying. We were this close to buying a new dryer, but we thought we would try to repair it instead. We are SO glad we chose Eddie to fix our dryer. We saved $1000 and we now have a great appliance repair pro to call. 6 month warranty too!
