- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fee is applied towards approved labor of repair if approved. Same as industry standard, just more clear wording.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact scheduling an appointment. Per industry standard, diagnostic needs to be performed. I will try to provide rough ballparks if possible, but this isn’t often possible without first diagnosing the unit. Then, an estimate is created with the resolutions found and a decision is made at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training as well as various training classes held by manufacturers.
