Joe Oyler fixed my washing machine, he was very knowledgeable and great with follow up after the job was completed. Also he gets extra points for solving a problem that another repair guy before him grossly misdiagnosed. So I strongly recommend if you see the list of repair guys on thumbstruck, skip whoever is listed before Joe, and call Joe Oyler if you want you washing machine properly repaired.

Joe is one of the pros who responded to my request for a pro to fix my washing machine. I’ve stated in detail the problem in my request. In his response, he not only gave his availability but also explained the possible causes of the error code showing in the machine. He suggested that I do a quick troubleshooting by running the machine for 10 minutes without touching anything on the panel. And it worked! This shows that he really wants to help people and he cares.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The first visit cost would be paid on my arrival. Any estimate for repair would be agreed on before any repair is made. Parts would have to be paid prior to repair and labor paid once job is complete.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Set an initial appointment. Perform needed diagnostics. The diagnostics will be paid by initial visit cost. I will then deliver an estimate for parts and labor repair.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have received certification in washer / dryer repair, dishwasher, stove , oven and microwave repair
