Denis was so quick with responding and was able to help me make an appointment right away. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix the problem because he discovered it was a plumbing issue not an appliance issue. I appreciated his professionalism and advice. The problem is a bit mysterious, involves the electronic controller, he checked it out, advised me to leep using it, charged me fairly and left. Didn’t try to snow me into an expensive repair based on guesswork. A good honest worker.
